I drove an hour to the Mississauga location, and was there about 40 minutes early, then went into the office 10 minutes before scheduled interview time. I waited 15 minutes for my interview to begin and there was insufficient update and explanation as to why the interview started late. Was asked about my ethnicity while waiting for my interview to start (felt this was unnecessary and highly unrelated/unprofessional to my purpose being there - for a Social Media Coordinator interview). Easy going interview question on my former work experiences (Gave a walk through of my resume). The interview lasted about 10 minutes. Followed up after my interview as it was mentioned I would be provided with an update two to three days after, only to receive no response or said update on my application status. Please value other people's time and efforts.
