I had initial call to discuss the position, salary, benefits etc. Next followed by a technical interview, testing my knowledge and asking previous projects I had worked on. Finally a call around cultural fit talking about AND's values etc.

Interview
Straightforward - probing questions - described a lot of the existing work and the typical set of challenges faced and in particular the use of AI in both solving client problems and speeding up code development.
Phone call, technical interview, and cultural interview. Friendly and knowledgeable people. Felt like a nice conversation came away feeling happy. Interview not too hard. Communication of outcome was quick and transparent.
