Seriuosly very slow process...
they called for first round and it took 3 hours
They gave the result after one month and gave the confirmation that you are selected.
after that they gave the joining after 3 months
thats very pathetic actually and time wasting
and moreover when you are selected you get the contract for 6 months only
we had assessment once the shortlist comes out then we had group discussion, which went really well and then comes the technical interview following with a hr round. overall it was a good experience ,even though i got the offer i personally learnt a lot on how to tackle various questions in an interview.
