Interview
1st: Initial phone interview with HR recruiter.
2nd: Online assessment if you have the skills for the role.
3rd: Interview with the hiring managers.
One thing that I did not appreciate was that the interviewers' cameras are off during the interview. It's hard to build a connection with them and the experience felt disengaging.

Interview
It was scheduled via a consulting agency. I was told to be present at 11am, I was present there at 10:30 itself. I waited till 3:30 pm, even after waiting for so long the HR lady did not even care to see us and not a single word was conveyed from her. After getting tired of waiting there is went back. I never expected such a irresponsible and unprofessional behavior from a HR of such a reputable company. The HR shouldn't treat the candidates in such a disrespectful way. I'm never again attending any interview of ANZ again
