The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AOL in July 2010
Interview
Interview not technically very difficult. Enough questions to figure out if you were a bluffer or not, but nothing really out of the ordinary. Tecnical portion of the interview was good. HR and "cultural assesment" was ridiculuos and in my view a total waste of time.
