They seem to be really solid in the things that they do so I won't knock them for that. They are good and knowledgeable folks. But the salaries discussed were very low for this field, about 35% less than what I was expecting. It really came as a shock since everything else was fine. That was the only negative part of the experience. I understand they are a small operation but it came off as insulting. The owners were polite, but clearly totally out of touch with reality with regards to pay. I honestly wonder how they've kept their staff. As for the process itself, after reviewing my resume they began the interview procedures. It took a few weeks which was about normal.
