The questions Slow and redundant. Most times the questions were patronizing and not in understanding of my full background or capabilities. It was presented that if I received an offer I should feel lucky.
Thank you for your feedback. This position is an important addition to our organization, so we ask numerous questions regarding candidates’ background and capabilities. This is intended to understand if the candidate has the experience and knowledge we are searching for. We take the time to discuss the position in detail to ensure our candidate understands what the position entails. The initial interview is with Human Resources and is a basic overview. The next round would have been an interview with the CEO and Director of Engineering & Innovation for a more detailed discussion.

Required multiple face to face during COVID. The offer came but seemed to change with each conversation. Good aspiration as a company to grow but limited in scope of how people can help get them there.
All offers from APC Packaging are contingent on a background check which is stated on the offer letter. The background check is always authorized by the candidate. If the candidate does not meet requirements, the offer can be rescinded.
Interviews consist of phone, virtual and face to face meetings since the new hires will be working from our corporate offices in our headquarters. We take temperatures of all in attendance, maintain social distancing and require masks in public places to adhere to the CDC guidelines and ensure everyone's safety.
