Interview
Strong technical foundation: Demonstrated solid knowledge in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, basic networking (DNS/DHCP/VLAN), and troubleshooting methods.
Problem-solving approach: Used a clear troubleshooting structure (identify → isolate → test → resolve → document
Customer service mindset: Gave good examples of staying calm under pressure and supporting non-technical users.

They focused a lot on my technical experience, network security skills, and how I handle pressure. One of the key questions they asked me was:
‘Can you give an example of solving a high-priority technical issue under time pressure?’

Interview
Firstly a short online interview
Then face to face interview for 30 minutes and had about 50 questions and someone was writing the answers for the questions i give. It was based on experience and personal experience questions. Most questions were about the work experience i had before and the skills i gained from them

About work experience and asked about my strengths and weaknesses
Arrive at the location to be interviewed; gate was unattended and locked. Had to email and call interviewer in order to get the gate open.
First was a brief greeting followed by a literacy/numeracy test at a basic level.
Verbal interview proceeded following that as well as confirmation of my right to work.
