The interview consisted of two separate phone calls with a team lead and program manager. Both were great to interview with and seemed knowledgable in my field and were able to continue asking quetions related to my line of work.
This gave me an impression it wasn't just an HR person or recruiter checking of boxes. I received several offers during the timeframe, held out for a better offer from this company in hopes that they could match the higher offers from other larger contracting companies. After negotiating I felt better about the offer as the other positions seemed to only want a person to fill in a position with little care to whether or not a fit would be good or not.
