The interview process was comprehensive which included introduction, technical questions, holistic interaction and also the expectations set out. Overall, it went for about 2.5 hours encompassing all aspects for the job role.

The interview as well as the onboarding process was very smooth. Everyone was kind and friendly. I first has a telephonic interview with the HR Head. Then an in-person interview with the partner to whom I'll be reporting. The HR executive was available the whole time to solve my doubts and answer any questions.

First, I had my HR round with Tisha ma’am where she asked basic questions. After that, I had the second round with Krutika ma’am. That interview also went very well it was more like a conversation rather than a strict question-and-answer interview, and overall the experience was smooth.

They mainly asked me about my basic background, my experience and responsibilities in my previous role also, they asked me about my experience in GST compliance specifically areas like GST returns, also asked me about Section 17(5) blocked credit examples specifically which types of Input Tax Credit are restricted under GST
