very casual, easy, chill , not a formal one, small company, only 1 boss, science park office with wfh, and some very common questions, not surprised, not difficult questions, no written test, just like a chatting
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at APPTech (San Diego, CA) in June 2022
Interview
I had to go through 4 video interviews before even being considered. My credentials more than qualified me for the position and after jumping through several hops I was deemed unfit for the position because I was unable to disclose information an NDA permitted me from disclosing. They don’t call them non disclosure agreements for nothing.. violating said NDA could result in legal action. Apparently, if you had to sign an NDA upon departing a company that must mean you’re not a good employee. Oh well, good luck to all those who interview. May you have better reasons and clearer answers for why you have left all prior companies in your past.

Question 1
They asked the standard questions nothing out of the ordinary.
