      Chief Operating Officer Interview

      3 June 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at APR, LLC

      Interview

Initial contact was via a phone interview. Good description of the job, company history, and the current issues. The phone interview was quite good. A second video conference interview was set. This interview was a one-sided exchange, in which they clearly wanted vanilla answers. I tried to ask questions, and present my vision in moving the company forward. They did not seem to like a person who wanted to discuss successful bus strategies.
