There is only one round of Interview and that interview is with the Promoter, Pravin K Ujjain. The promoter checks to see if a person is able to slog himself like a labour or not. If you can prove that you can slog like a labour and become a slave then you will be selected. If a person expects a perfect work life balance and career growth, then AR Insight is not the right place to look for a job.
