I completed an initial phone screen, followed by an extensive take-home assessment. I was then told the team was happy with my submission and asked me to prepare for a technical interview. After that, I was asked to wait while my clearance was confirmed even though it’s active and the level was already listed on my application. I spent over two weeks preparing for the technical interview while waiting for that confirmation, only to be told afterward that the position was no longer available. Overall, it was a pretty frustrating experience and I wish there was more clarity, as the person I spoke to on the phone was nice.
