Dear HR Team, I would like to share my experience from the first-round interview conducted with QA Architect, Sanne Nageshwar Rao. - As a matter of professional courtesy, I expected the interviewer to turn on video at the start of the session, but this was not done. - I answered all the questions asked; however, the interviewer appeared to lack proper knowledge in certain areas. - He frequently jumped from one question to another without listening carefully to my responses. - Despite not having sufficient knowledge of APIs, he repeatedly asked similar questions on the same topic. I kindly request the HR team to review the interview recording. Interviewers who conduct sessions in this manner can create a negative impression of the company. I believe appropriate action should be taken to ensure professionalism in future interviews.
