First, there was a 30 minute telephone interview, then I was invited in for a face-to-face. They seem to have an unusual interview process - expect to be there about two hours.
The interviewer seemed to be unprepared - did not even know where I lived, even though it was clearly indicated on the resume. Only asked me four questions off the top of his head, and didn't take notes on my answers. Then, I went to see the HR person, who asked me one question, and sent me to the next stop - a panel of four with a list of questions, and they did take notes. Finally, met with the top person, who {IMHO} came across as arrogant and unwelcoming. Maybe they were just having a bad day. No tests at all. Spent several minutes just waiting for the different interviewers. Overall, one of the strangest interviews I've experienced.
They said that they would contact me "either way" - which I think is professional and also common courtesy. They did not contact me at all, and that lowered their reputation in my eyes quite a bit. Do what you say you're going to do! Remember, the candidate is evaluating you, too!
