Friendly and relaxed - job duties were described and given opportunity to talk about relevant achievements and experiences, no hard technical problems or whiteboard problems were given to solve. Great process that put me at ease despite interview nerves and stress.

Interview
The Engineering manager and CAD manager met with me. We talked about my academic qualifications, interests and career goals. They gave me a tour of the facilities and I was impressed by the friendly atmosphere.
