I applied through university. I interviewed at ASICO (Westmont, IL) in Apr 2017
Interview
Manager himself called and scheduled the interview.
Initial phone interview is the basic questions, and general info about resume and references and academic/work background.
After phone interview, was called for an inperson interview and about resume in more detail. Before interview, had an employment form to fill out (didnot have an opportunity to fill it out ahead of time - would have liked that). Interviewed by both manager, and second round by President of the company (before final okay and job offer).

I applied online. I interviewed at ASICO (Westmont, IL) in Aug 2017
Interview
I arrived 15 mins earlier than scheduled time. I am required to fill out a job application while I was waiting. The 3-page application required to offer your SSN, earlier employment experience, reference, etc. The manager seemed very busy, he didn't step out of the office until I sent him eye signal.
He asked some general questions about me, then introduced the company. He asked my excel skill and informed there would be a test after the interview.
During the interview process, he kept flipping my résumé and job application, then asked questions. He had little eye contact with me, sometimes even interrupted my speaking. I withdrew my application before the test started. The overall interview made me uncomfortable, and I agreed with the other reviewers, that he should learn how to respect.
Before I went for the interview, I did a lot of research on this company. Most of the feedback was negative, now I know the reasons.
