Icebreakers, critical thinking, and a group session to start off with, then individual interviews from there. Interesting way to go about it, but it seemed like a mass hiring event.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ASICS (Stanton, CA) in July 2018
Interview
I had such a great interview for this position it was conducted more like a conversation rather than an interview. It went really well and the person interviewing me said I was a promising candidate and that they were finishing up interview and would hear from them soon. I sent a follow up thank you email the following day and have not heard back. A week later I sent an email to the recruiter asking for any updates and have still gotten no response. The interview went so well and I felt like I was for sure hired. It just is so unsettling to see the lack of communication from recruiter to potential candidates when I distinctly asked for an update.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ASICS (Irvine, CA)
Interview
Initial phone interview followed up by an In person. Head quarters was alright but the building was showing it age, They did move to a new building but lay out wasn't the greatest. Was in the room with two managers that took turns asking questions. The overall process took about an hour.
