I have contacted the Sports Marketing Manager via LinkedIn spontaneously as I was looking for a 6 months internship. He answered me quickly saying that they were currently looking for someone in Sports Marketing. He proposed a Skype interview within the same day where I also met the head of Marketing. I presented my background in French and they asked me to switch in English, they presented me the job and the company and that was it. The week after, I had an interview with their HR, really nice person with great questions. The week after, they gave me a positive answer and we confirmed.
