I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ASM (Phoenix, AZ) in July 2024
Interview
The interview process consisted of one technical round, one behavioural round with unit lead and one behavioural round with Vice president. The first 2 were on the same day. Later was scheduled on a different day.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ASM (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2023
Interview
The recruiter reached out for this position through LinkedIn. So I applied through their web portal. Within a week received a call from the Talent sourcing team that they want to proceed with further interviews. During the discussion with the talent team, they told me that expect a salary of 35% less than the bay area. And the company doesn't offer that good benefits compared to other big semiconductor companies such as LAM and AMAT. Also though It's a Sr level position with 3.5 years of experience you'll be working as Level 2. So I decided to withdraw my application. Overall the process was smooth. But I would rather let the Hiring manager decide the Position level than the recruiter. But overall the experience was good.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ASM (New York, NY)
Interview
took 1 day for campus interview and was invited for on-site interview a week after on-campus. They sent me an list of interviewer but two of them did not come for my interview because of being busy. The interview schedule were not followed and i just spent most of time for waiting them in a room. This is the worst company I have had interviewed with
