ASM Senior Electrical Engineer interview questions

3 rounds of interviews. no technical questions just an assessment of my previous experiences. Every interview lasted 30 to 40 minutes, everything went smoothly. the interviewers didn't seem to be technically strong. Received a rejection due to this reason '' the competition was tough, and we received multiple applications from incredibly strong candidates ''. The next day they posted the same job ad again. it was a pure waste of time.
