I got this interview during this COVID-19 period. Initially, I received a Questionnaire Form via email from HR, that asked some standard interview questions. Afterwards, HR called, spoke with me, then scheduled an interview with The Hiring Manager and someone under him. I was told it would be via Skype, so I prepared and wore my suit ready for a video call, but it wasn't functioning and they intended to do it via voice only, so we called via normal phone. It was about 45 minutes with The HM and employee, then 15 minutes with HR as a follow up. Overall, felt like a pretty standard interview.
