Tough interview that asked both mechanical and behavioral questions. The interviewer was serious, firm and to the point, unforgiving of missed questions.

Question 1

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ASML in June 2024
Interview
First, a phone interview with a recruiter, where you're asked mostly behavioral questions and at least 3 technical questions for the role. Afterwards, you get an interview with the engineering managers to ask more indepth questions for the role.
Short over the phone, asked a few specific questions about motor selection for a control arm. Not too much further detail into engineering subjects, more about background and resume experiences.
