an interview by recording a video, to answer to 5 diffrent questions. no technical questions. each answer had to be given in 2mn and i have one minute to read the question and prepare myself accordingly.

Had a first half an hour interview for Technical Graduate - Energy, Thermal & Flow positions, nothing complicated, HR was just trying to see which position I was more interested in to reffer them my application. Later I had a HireVue interview (pre-recorded) which wasn't succesful, they provided no feedback for why. I also had another HireVue interview (wothout a previews HR call) for Technical Graduate - Manufacturing, the questions were very similar if not the exact same, I could prepare for them because apparently most people are asked the same questions for HireVue technical graduate interviews. Pretty easy interviews if you prepare for the qestions beforehand, if not having a tight time limit for some quesitons can be intimidating (you can do not redo the videos).
