Interview
It was a thorough but fair interview process based on three rounds with different exercises matching the position. The first interview was to get to know the hiring manager, and the second and third were to review the solutions of the exercises

Interview
I had one first interview with a responsible engineer after I sent my application. He started presenting the company and the role, it was a great and detailed presentation. Then we discussed my profile, and he took the time to get to know me. But right on this first interview, I had to answer technical questions, which I was not prepared for, and lead to the interview lasting more than one hour. He gave me detailed and honest feedback on the interview during the final minutes. I was very pleased with the way the interview went. My main criticism is that I didn't even receive an e-mail of rejection after that from the company. I only got silence after that interview that lasted more than an hour.
