ASML FP&A Controller interview questions

The recruiter was quite friendly and sociable. Interview with the hiring manager was arranged via teams, standard questions and remarks, about the importance of business partnering skills for that role. The issue is that a) none of the business partnering specific requirements were in the JD b) hiring manager wasn't able to clearly define what they deem a "good" business partnering experience to be.
