ASML PMO Manager interview questions

I was first contacted by HR 2 weeks before the interview. The HR recruiter wanted a video call but refused to put it on the camera. If you want a video call...PUT YOUR CAMERA ON. HR then scheduled the interview for a position I did not apply for and had never done. In questioning HR, they said just go to the interview. That they were interviewing multiple positions at once. In the interview, the panel members asked why you were interviewing for a demotion role? I said I asked the same question and was told to just attend the interview. This is a poor selection process and surprised that ASML would put someone through this type of interview process. The process for interviewing for this position as a PMO Manager was inferior and lacked any thought or preparation by the recruiter. Overall horrible experience with the HR at ASML.
