ASP interview questions

It was a video interview due to covid and lasted almost 20 minutes. I was asked about my experience in customer service, I was given a situation and asked to solve it. Then I was explained what they are looking for, what they offer, what they are expecting. I was offered the job on the spot.

The interview process was easy the only thing that took a little while was the transport Canada background check but besides that it was overall really simple and if you have any questions they’re super nice and answer all questions
