ASUS Commercial Channel Manager interview questions

I had 4 steps of interview + 1 English efficiency test. Even though every single interviewer including manager confirmed with me my current salary and my salary expectations, at the end they ended up offering even me lower than my current, waay far from what I said I was ok with. They took my time, my energy and made me ignore other possible opportunities since I was fully focused to Asus. I don't think they value the candidates or them them serious at all.
