Structured yet very conversational. The interviewers had a set of questions and most answers were achieved through conversion. Very professional and very thorough.

Interview process was way too lengthy. 12 Video interview questions submitted virtually, then 3 in person interviews to be told they went in another direction, whats the point of having 4 interviews then be told no?

Long and tedious. Several stages, first you apply, if they select you, you have to send a recorded interview, if you make that filter, you present a case to the hiring manager, and an HR rep, if you make it through, you have an interview with the VP.
