Quick phone interview then a long test. Test was very long and didn't relate to the job but was more of a personality test. Normally, I wouldn't have a problem with this but the job was only paying $20-$24 an hour. The test was a big hurdle for a low wage job.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ATBS (Lakewood, CO) in Nov 2018
Interview
Traditional interview process, with hiring manager and general manager participating. Offer came quick but non-negotiable. Communication with candidate was far between to the point one would think the offer was retracted.

Question 1
What is the most important qualification for this role?
I applied online. I interviewed at ATBS (Lakewood, CO) in July 2017
Interview
The 20 minute phone interview was very negative and frustrating. She stated this position was an Outbound Cold Calling position where 15-25 sales were expected each week. Because I have been in sales for over 15yrs including outbound cold calling, and have been a top sales rep at each company I've worked for, 15+ sales a week seemed extremely high for Outbound Cold Calling. So I asked questions about the sales process itself and thought maybe their product, aligned with this process was different than the experience I am used to. She couldn't answer any of my questions or clarify anything for me about the process and seemed to be irritated. She said that I was not a good fit for this company and it was not what I was looking for. Let me clarify again, that I am a top sales rep, and was just asking questions about their sales process and product and how their company works.
