Interview
Two managers from the plant asked about my steel mill experience, specifically about machinery I had run in previous mills. They asked about duration and location of other mills I had experience with. I tried to ask questions which they avoided answering.

They asked if I had run Pomini grinders and if I understood how to set/check the crown on mill rolls They asked what make of grinders I had run and where as well as questions about my experience in general.
