I applied online. I interviewed at AUSGAR Technologies
Interview
Easy Interview process complicated by non-answers, interviewing with program managers that don't understand the contract and a "Director of HR" that can't remember previous interactions.
Interviewed with AUSGAR twice over two months. First interview period I was offered the position and rejected it due to getting an incomplete picture of the role and not getting any sort of clarification from the PM or HR. Second interview period I was offered the role after the Director of HR gave me the wrong time for an interview, and said to sign the previously sent-over offer sheet. (Which was never sent). After expressing my acceptance, it was rejected over a comment on salary (I was willing to take a pay cut as the role was interesting).
I do not recommend this company as their HR seems to be extremely disjointed and they operate with sketchy hiring practices. Not to mention their application process requires references which they do not contact.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AUSGAR Technologies (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Very formal and at the same time comfortable (made you feel right at home), They took the time to go through my e-mail which showed that they read all my work experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at AUSGAR Technologies (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
All Ausgar staff with whom I interacted (Recruiter, Project Managers, HR staff) consistently displayed a level of courtesy and professionalism which I found refreshing. The two Senior Manager with whom I interviewed were quite personable and conveyed detailed familiarity regarding the project requirements for which I was being considered. I found the interview process to be highly professional, engaging and informative and left the interview with considerable respect for the Company and it's representatives. I have highly recommended this company to several individuals currently in the job market.
