This nonprofit completely wasted my time. They asked for a performance task that was incredibly long. It took about 2-3 days to complete and no compensation was provided. The questions asked by the manager of this position during the interview were extensive and didn't really seem like good skill assessing questions.
Was rejected during the hiring process for the Communications Manager position and then recommended to interview for the Recruitment Marketing Manager role. They asked me to do another extensive performance task (unpaid) but I pushed back due to how long it was.
I was asked to present the task as an approach instead, but then I was questioned on extreme details about the task which is not what we agreed upon when discussing the interview process for the Recruitment Marketing Manager. Clearly there is a lack of understanding in what the word approach means. If they don't know what the word approach means, then what do they know? That's alarming.
Overall, this process was about a month and a half -- which is way too long. They played in my face. It really just shows who they are. Stop asking candidates to do unpaid assignments. It's not right. I've also seen other bad reviews regarding this nonprofit.
