The interview was conducted in a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, both with HR and the direct manager. The HR representative was very creative and even joked in the correspondence before sending the offer, creating a sense of mystery around the decision. The processes did not take too long, and the technical task was open-minded, focusing more on analytical thinking. The overall impression is very positive.

The HR scheduled the telephonic interview call, but I never got any call. I tried contacting via email and other phone numbers which I found on web but no one responded. I didn't expected this from AUTO1 Group.

The process had 3 different stages. The HR interview, a technical skill test online and a final interview with the manager. Everything went smoothly and the phases are fit for the job role and level of experience they are hiring for.
