Process took 9 weeks from application to offer. Started with an OA that was basically an IQ test, then there were 2 rounds of interviews. The first interview was mostly behavioral with some conceptual technical questions thrown in. The second interview was a technical interview where they asked conceptual questions and about my previous internship experience, there was one coding question at the end and a couple follow up questions based on it.

Overall, I found the recruitment process for the graduate scheme disappointing due to the lack of transparency and communication. Assessment Day candidates were told we would hear back within a week, but it ultimately took over a month to receive an outcome, with little to no updates provided during that time despite follow-up messages.
