AVIAN interview questions

Virtual interview with members of HR team and Director of Business Development. Interview lasted about an hour. Probing questions on qualifications. Good conversation back and forth, felt that I have a good understanding of the way the company operates.

Two people on a video teleconference, asking questions about my background, etc. They knew when they recruited me that I had extensive experience with their target clients but no real business development experience, so they tailored their questions accordingly.
