Looking at recent feedback in other positions their HR team is a mess, being the first point of contact for candidates it sends a really bad signal about what to expect. - Recruiter ignored emails ahead of the first call - 10 minutes ahead of the first call the meeting gets rescheduled with 0 communication about it, or checking my availability I lost all interest in working on such environment, I can not imagine trying to staff a team and this being the experience of my candidates.Í
