It was pretty straight forward. So I had to fill out a couple of forms, and pass a test (including how to spell professional!) But the interviews were actually very kind and encouraging.

Interview
Quick and easy. Questions were direct and easy to comprehend, took some time on one of the questions but found that it was pretty simple. If I may add, they have a unique approach at time
Applied online via company website, there was a number of different stages including telephone interview, online tasks on computer and a face to face interview which was contacted via teams as in COVID 19
I had two interviews. 1st was a face 2 face competency interview asking questions regarding experience and scenarios with customers etc. The second was a phone interview basically the same.
