Interview
An online application form, followed by the submission of a written assessment on a specific case study related to the role. I was then selected for interview with the Hiring Manager. I was provided with a candidate pack which contained some really useful information on the company, their values, information on the recruitment process and what I as an applicant could expect from the interview.
Following the first interview with the Hiring Manager, I was invited to attend a second interview with a member of the HR Leadership Team and the Hiring Manager. It was great to have continuity in the process. All interviewers were friendly and ensured I felt relaxed and able to share my experiences throughout the interview process.
