To clarify, the case study/project is a key part of our evaluation and not free labor. And while you did not receive an offer, we have successfully hired for these open positions, and our job postings reflect actual roles. We work very hard to make sure that the team members we bring on board have experience that aligns with our needs for the role and the team.
