Personal Interview, Skype round final selection by VP sir and after that HR Finalized the salary and designation it take 1 week to get finalised and after joining it took 1 month for training and started working

procedure in Aakash is very organised and confidently processed but hectic too as waiting was also there and clearance was missing. Incomplete training done and target rate is very pathetic and high.
