Very rigorous, sample sales scenarios, lengthy face to face calls (zoom). Definitely a situation that requires you to think on the spot. The good thing is it forces candidates to really think about if the job is a good fit for them.

15 minute call with information and easy personal questions. The boarding was discussed and agreed upon. 10 an hour for training 15an hour for 30 hours a week committed or 6 hour a day Monday through Friday
