1 hour on teams with the Customer Service Manager. Talked about previous experience and how many years work related to this role. Followed by an onsite interview that was 1.45 hours. Basically went through the same as the teams meeting but had the dept trainer in on it. I was asked what salary I was expecting, the agency had told me the salary. Felt awkward saying as the dept trainer was in the interview. I was shown the facilities on the way out. The manager said she would make a quick repsonse on the outcome.
I chased the agency 2 days later no news. A week later they said the company wanted a comparison to interview. Agency have made no contact with me and heard nothing from Abbvie.
When people invest so much time in interviews out of decency the agency could have at least come back with feedback and Abbvie could have responded direct, but nothing.
