3 rounds of interviews:
1. Recruiter: ~30 mins
2. Hiring Manager: 45 mins - 1 hr
3. Three Team interviews: 30 mins - 1 hr each
Recruiter and HM interview were standard, mostly about background experience and behavioral questions.
Scheduling the team interviews was a bit messy and felt last minute (not really an issue with the team but more so speaks to poor communication by Recruiter and Scheduling teams).
First two team member interviews involved coding and SQL exercises (which didn't correspond with the JD) as well as behavioral questions. Last team member interview was with the second HM and was mostly house keeping questions and some technical discussion.
Was ghosted and finally received a rejection 3 weeks post final interview.
