Phone interview; At the beginning I was contacted by Ilona Bragiel from Poland for this position. The written communication was smooth (typical first approach). An appoinment was made for a phone interview some days after. Questions were all technical questions. Interview went well As all the questions mainly just information double check, so basically i could answer all of them well. I was infromed that I should be contacted later probably after 2 weeks. Well in fact after two weeks I heard nothing. Sent an email just to check for an update about it and got a generated email about my candidacy being rejected. Well i find it rude! First because I am sure all the technical questions like, what is ur notice periode? Whats ur salary expectation? (And my answer was negotiable? Have u ever experienced coaching? Which I andwer yes and have also given the example, are the wrong answers which reject me from being considered. Strange!
