New position, long time between interviews. Process took six months as the role is new. First with internal talent search, then line manager and line managers boss. Easy interview, most of it happened online.
The interviewing process took about 30 minutes, I was asked about questions concerning my previous working experience and what makes me a good candidate for this role. The interviewer did not ask tough questions.
