The most soulless manager interview I have ever had. General interview questions were read from a sheet of paper word for word with no improv. No feedback/reaction was given. They didn't try to get to know me.
The interview was also only 30 minutes, so there also wasn't enough time allotted to the interview for the manager to really get a sense of who I was and there wasn't enough time for me to learn about who they are as a company/team to see if I wanted to work there.
Pro: The questions were easy and stress free
The interview process was fairly straightforward. They asked me about me mostly about my resume and hypothetical situations that could occur while on the job. In total it was around 4-5 different interviews.
Screening, panel interview, then decision. Very straight forward and easy process. Follow STAR method. Interviewers were very personable and friendly. Most questions are behavioral but they do ask technical questions at the end.
Simple and easy. Staff were all kind and professional with a mix of behavior questions and also specific job function questions. Overall it was a great experience and it was a pleasure speaking with the hiring team.
