There were two phases. There was never a call from HR, it was all by email.
There was never any indication of who the person for the first interview was. I had to look it up on LinkedIn.
The first interview was with the hiring manager where they asked about specific demand planning experience and traditional interview questions. One hour.
The second (last) interview was with two managers where they were asked about demand planning experience. Half an hour.
The process lasted approximately one month.
